Skyward Xperia's cancellation policy varies by product type. Guided tours and most activities can typically be cancelled free up to 24 hours before the activity start time. Self-drive and accommodation packages follow each supplier's policy, which is shown on the booking page before payment. Refundable bookings are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked at checkout. For weather-related cancellations by the operator, full refunds or rebookings are always offered. To cancel, log into your account and use the self-service cancellation flow, or contact our support team by phone or email — both options are available 24 hours a day. The exact cancellation deadline for each booking is shown in your confirmation email and in the account dashboard. Refunds are processed immediately on our side; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days for card refunds and 3–5 days for bank transfers. If you booked a package with multiple components (car + hotel + activities), each component follows its own policy and we will outline the breakdown when you start the cancellation. For group bookings of 10 or more, special terms apply.
