Skyward Xperia's privacy policy — how we collect, use and protect your information when you book Iceland travel with us.

Skyward Xperia takes your privacy seriously. We collect only the information needed to fulfil your booking — name, contact details, passport or ID where required by suppliers, payment data processed through PCI-compliant gateways, and basic site analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Booking data is shared only with the supplier delivering the service (hotel, car-rental company, tour operator). You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting our team. Site analytics are anonymised and used to improve performance, fix bugs and understand which pages travellers find most useful. We use cookies for essential functions (login, cart, language preference) and, with consent, for analytics. You can opt out at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Payment card data is never stored on our servers; we use tokenised payment gateways that meet PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Data is held in EU-based data centres and transferred only when necessary to fulfil a booking — for example, your name and dates being passed to a hotel. We retain booking records for the period required by Icelandic accounting law, after which data is irreversibly deleted.
