Skyward Xperia's terms and conditions for using our Iceland travel booking platform. Please read before using the site.

These terms govern your use of the Skyward Xperia booking platform. By booking through the site you agree to the supplier's terms for the product reserved (tour operator, hotel, car-rental company, activity provider), in addition to Skyward Xperia's platform terms covering payment, cancellation, dispute resolution and liability limits. Skyward Xperia acts as a booking agent and is not the operator of the underlying travel services. Please read both sets of terms before completing a booking. Full text is available on this page. Use of the site implies acceptance of our acceptable-use policy: no automated scraping, no reselling of bookings without authorisation, and no fraudulent or chargeback-abuse activity. Pricing is shown in your selected currency and may include taxes and fees as detailed at checkout — any extras (fuel, tolls, optional add-ons) are disclosed on the product page. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking; Skyward Xperia is not liable for force-majeure events, supplier insolvency, or losses arising from acts or omissions of independent suppliers, though we will assist with rebooking or refunds in those scenarios. Disputes are governed by Icelandic law and resolved in Reykjavík courts unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
